Exchange Policy

At CustomLove, we want every gift to feel just right. If your item isn’t the perfect match, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the conditions below.

 


Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Non-custom (standard) items are eligible for exchange.
  • Custom or personalized items are only eligible for exchange if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 


Exchange Options

You may exchange your item for:

  • A different size or variant (if applicable)
  • Another product of equal value
  • Store credit for future purchases

 


How to Request an Exchange

Please email us at info@customlovestore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

 


Exchange Process

  1. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
  2. After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  3. The replacement product will be shipped shortly after processing.

 


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs.

 


Non-Eligible Cases

  • Used, worn, or altered items
  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery
  • Custom/personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)
