Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- Non-custom (standard) items are eligible for exchange.

Custom or personalized items are only eligible for exchange if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You may exchange your item for:
- A different size or variant (if applicable)
- Another product of equal value
- Store credit for future purchases

How to Request an Exchange
Please email us at info@customlovestore.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for exchange
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Exchange Process
- Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 5β7 business days.
- The replacement product will be shipped shortly after processing.

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs.

- Used, worn, or altered items
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery
